Very few businesses deserve an 5-Star rating, but T K Properties was one of the best Real Estate companies I’ve ever worked with. I finally reached a point that I decided to sell my house having spent 5 1/2 years working in another city. I’ve had a number of agencies contact me by mail marketing, but TK properties, Land Keller, was a phone call- a personal outreach. After talking with him; thinking about it; and praying about it, I went with TK properties. It did not take long to settle sell price, set up the closing, and then make the final move. It was a painless process and so rewarding when it was all done. They even gave me a couple extra days for moving because I realized I had more in the house than I anticipated. All their staff were great! They felt like family Land Keller, and the rest of the team. You cannot go wrong using TK Properties!
